
Case Managers see the patient approximately 24 hours after admission on the weekdays and 72 hours after admission on the weekend.
No patient concern or issue is too small a task for Case Managers. We are here for our patients and try to ensure that their hospital experience goes as smoothly as possible and all needs/concerns are attended to in an expedient manner.
Whether the issue be possible placement, equipment needs, home health evaluation, or a sounding board, we are here to assist our patients.
Case Management strives for our patients to have a pleasant and trouble-free hospital stay and we will do whatever possible to achieve that goal.
