Educational Assistance

Pacific Hospital of Long Beach provides the opportunity for employees to improve job performance and become more promotable by taking courses outside the workday at accredited, recognized educational institutes.

Employees who have maintained a satisfactory performance level and have been here at least six months may be eligible for educational reimbursement up to $3,000 per calendar year for job-related courses, or courses that fall within an approved career path.
