Employee Referral Bonus

PHLB believes that the best source for new employees is current employees, who can refer friends, schoolmates and prior co-workers. Current employees are more likely to refer good employees who they know they would like to work with again.

An employee referral bonus is offered to reward current active employees for their successful efforts in referring new external candidates to Pacific Hospital of Long Beach.

Awards are given to employees who refer a successful candidate who is hired to fill a full time position that is historically more difficult to attract and fill.
