Financial Counselor

The financial counselors at PHLB work with our patients, before and during their stay, to assist them with and ensure that the financial concerns regarding their care are resolved.

The counselors will verify all private and public health insurance plans to determine what benefits are available to cover the costs for care, assist the patient in making payment arrangements and identifying if patient is eligible for public assistance or a charity care allowance.
