Medical Staff Services

The PHLB Medical Staff Services department manages key processes and assists the organization in maintaining compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies. It also develops and implements credentialing and privileging processes and procedures, and assist the Medical Staff Leadership in the development and adherence to Medical Staff Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.

The Medical Staff Services Department is located in the first floor next to the Laboratory.

Hours of Operations are Monday – Friday, from 8:00a – 5:00p.
