Our mission is to assist our patients to restore function after a surgery, illness, or medical setback. We do this by providing care tailored to our patient's specific needs.

Outpatient Physical Therapy:
Monday - Friday, 8:15a to 4:45p

Inpatient Therapy:
Monday - Friday, 8:15a to 4:45p
Saturday, 8:30a to 12:30p
Sunday hours vary based on case load.
