Subacute level of care means a patient who does not require hospital acute care but who requires more intensive licensed skilled nursing care.

The hospital accepts tracheostomy, ventilator dependent patients, traumatic brain injuries, and patients for rehabilitation.

The Subacute Unit conducts monthly interdisciplinary meeting to discuss the patient care which includes patient and family.
