At Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, we recognize that having your friends and family can help with the healing process.

Family and friends, in good health, including children accompanied by an adult, are welcome to visit during visiting hours or as arranged to accommodate patient and family needs. We respect our patients' rights to restrict or refuse visitors. .

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed in the hospital or on its grounds.

PACIFIC FAMILY MATERNITY CENTER

The mother’s support person may visit any time. All others may visit from 10:00a - 8:00p.

Visitors are limited to two at a time. All others may wait in the waiting room downstairs.

Siblings may visit the unit if accompanied by an adult. Visitation during labor is limited to the mother’s support person.

SAME DAY SURGERY

One visitor may stay with the patient in the Same Day Surgery Center while awaiting surgery. All other visitors may stay in the waiting areas during surgery.

Our Pacific City Grill located on the first floor offers complimentary regular or decaffeinated fresh brewed coffee while you wait.

INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU)

Only two visitors are permitted at a time, 10 minutes at a time. No visitors are permitted during the hours of 6:30p - 8:00p.

Children under the age of 12 are discouraged from visiting the unit, as part of our infection control program.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH UNITS

Monday - Friday: 4:00p - 5:00p and 7:00p - 8:00p

Saturday - Sunday: 2:00p - 4:00p and 6:00p - 8:00p
